Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

What is RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning)

You can Upgrade Your Qualifications via RPL

Recognition of Prior Learning means a process that assesses an individual’s formal, non-formal and informal learning. It allows us to determine the extent to which that individual has achieved the required learning outcomes, competency outcomes toward gaining a VET qualification. It means you can supply us with evidence, we can assess it and potentially award you with a full or partial qualification based on that evidence and your experience.

We can assist you by RPL process if

  • youalready have experience or are employed as an AIN an Enrolled or Registered Nurse or a Care Worker or
  • you have older superseded qualifications like the Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Disability, which now needs updating? or
  • you want to upgrade in an affordably without the time spent doing the whole qualification?

Why RPL is best choice

  • Significantly cheaper than studying for a full qualification.
  • Able to finish in shorter period of time
  • Evidence collection than doing more assessment
  • Training session only if there are gaps

Cost

  • Application for RPL $450.00 (non-refundable).
  • Eligible units are charged at $150.00 per unit.
  • Units that require additional training are charged at $150.00 per unit.
  • Credit transfers are offered at no cost.

We would encourage you initially to visit the link and read the guide, as it will answer many of your questions about what RPL is and the steps involved. RPL Candidate Guide (NSW State Training Services)

The thought of ‘going back to school  orgoing to study again” is daunting for me as I finished my degree back home many years ago. But I am extremely glad that I took the course and chose ANTS to help me fulfill my goal and broaden my horizons. It truly gave me a valuable very rewarding and learning experience. It’s been absolutely amazing from the directions, teachers and the staff have given. Thank you all for giving me the opportunity to meet and learn from a cohortfull of driven individuals coming from different facilities and all walks of life.

ANTS is one of the best platforms for those who are planning to do aged care courses. I finished my certificate III in individual support (ageing) from this institution. I got a nice job after finishing my placement at the same facility where I was posted. It is a full packaged service with experienced and qualified tutors, good learning environment, well equipped labs, and well managed classrooms. The staffs over here are so helpful, supportive, and motivative. Student from here has a higher chance of getting better job opportunities. So, I highly recommend everyone to join ANTS for your better career.

I have always dreamed about becoming a nurse and wanted to get my foot in the door to get a feel of what it would be like. I am so glad I signed up and completed my certificate III in Individual support with ANTS as it has inspired me to further develop my skills.

The teachers are really supportive and go out of their way to help in any way they can.

Studying with ANTS has allowed me to continue work while I study, and the environment is comfortable supportive and positive.
